I am honored that my image, "The Graphite Reactor," was selected as 1st Prize Winner of the "Ecological Footprint" category at the 18th Annual Appalachian Mountain Photography Competition (AMPC) juried event on March 20, 2021. All winners and finalists will be displayed at the AMPC Gallery at the Turchin Center for the Visual Arts in Boone, North Carolina through June 5, 2021. It will be opening up to the public soon so go see the gallery and their other wonderful exhibits! See the announcement of my award, as well as a two-minute video that I pre-recorded regarding my image, starting at 11:00 on the video. The gallery program is attached.
